| What is PDF? | The PDF format (Portable Document Format) is a global exchange document created by Adobe and is the most popular, reliable and recognized international standard for viewing and managing PDF documents in the world. To ensure 100% compatibility and that your PDF’s are not changed during imposition, the i-Position software uses your own Adobe Acrobat engine. Therefore i-Position MUST be installed on a computer running Acrobat Standard or Professional (not Reader) to take advantage of PDF imposition (this is normal with all high end imposition packages). |
